Purpose:
A CRM software that maintains sales contact information. A strong database application to store daily activities and provides informative sales reports. This has Email marketing facility.

Key Features:
Organisation:
This is the heart of the Connect+ application. This screen is very important because all other screen's open through this. Most of the functionality is based on this screen. e.g. adding new contact, contact details. All the toolbar's are kept in group box according to their functionality.
Users
This option allows user to add new users, edit the details of the existing user, Imports the setting of another users.
Log & View Call
This Screen contains the information about complaints and type of activity such as email log, follow up call, inbound calls etc. User can see all the information with date, time and comments from previous activity per contact. It has navigator to navigate between activity records.
Reminder
Reminder is used to remind or prompt users to carry out tasks at certain times. Outlook will automatically prompt user reminders.
E-Shots
E-Shots is the special utility designed for sales persons to send bulk mail to their customer list. This utility sends a same mail to all the recipients, listed in its contact list box. And it is designed with power of querying different lists of contacts from the Database of Application.
Contact Info.
Contact information screen displays all the contacts available for organisation which is currently displayed on the organisation screen. Please see below.
Contact List
Contact list toolbar is very useful screen in the application. It will display all the contacts available in database. It is different to the contact information. Contact information displays all the contacts available for the selected organisation. Using contact list user can search particular contact according to the Organisation Name. User will not able to edit or delete any contact information from here.
Restore Contact
When user deletes any contact from the organisation screen that contact is not deleted permanently, User can restore deleted contacts by using restore contact option.
Delivery Address
This feature will show a list of delivery addresses
Find
Find is important screen in the application, with the help of find screen user will find particular record. There are number of option by which user search for a record or a data. There are mainly two option available.
Imports Products.
Import products option is use to import the product from .csv file. User can import the external product to database and use them in system.
Manufacturer:
Manufacturer is the master which contains all the list of product vendors with the list of category. This is used in contact detail of organisation such as category, main preference and second preference.
Industry code
Industry code is grouping of organisations. This is used when adding any new organisations. User can select which group of industry the organisation falls under such as corporate, charity, government, education and much more.
Competition
Competition is list of all the competitors. User can add or modify competition.
New Mail
A simple utility to send an email to contact person.
Signatures
Using this option, user can send a customised signature to the contact person's email address.
Print Letter
Using this option, user can print a customised letter to a contact person.
Record Transfer
Record transfer option is used to transfer records from one sales person record to another sales person. User can transfer a single record (record currently open on the organisation screen) to a different sales person by selecting a salesperson from the list available in record transfer.
Sage Map
This option allows user to map organisation with account numbers in Sage. This will enable user to enter orders from quotation directly into Sage.
Sage Orders
Sales order and invoices listed for the corresponding Sage Customer.
In sales order list, list of sales orders belonging to that customer is shown in tab. User can search the sales order on the basis of customer order no. On double click of a sales order it opens an item screen. Here user can see the item details and product bought through sales order.
In invoice list all Invoices are shown in tab invoices. User can search invoices under customer order no. Filter option will show all the invoices for the chosen customer.
Sage SOP
This feature is used to create sales order from a quotation to Sage. This features has options like quotation posting as sales order in Sage, edit existing sales order posted and printing sales order.
Tools
With the help of this menu option user can set the application default setting. For changing the colour scheme just select the colour you want from the available list and it will change the colour of the whole application. Once user selects the colour scheme and closes the application this setting is saved.
Settings
This option allows user to update user detail and server settings. Dynamically user can change setting of application.
Through add settings option user can add the sales person detail such as name, surname, email, telephone no, fax no, direct dial etc. User can add the server setting detail such as company path, DSN name, server path, quote user, reminder minutes, password for mail attachment, e-shot IP address, E-shot email address, E-shot port, default setting e-shot user name and password. User can add number of e-shot email address by clicking on add button it will added in list, to remove select email address from list and click on remove. When user enter email address by default confirm pass word window will open and user need to enter confirm password for confirmation user can press save button to save the registry information.

User can update the server setting detail such as company path, DSN name, server path, quote user, reminder minutes, password for mail attachment, e-shot IP address, E-shot email address, E-shot port, default setting e-shot user name and password.
