Kingsfield IT will be able to analyze the incoming error reports and we will be able to identify areas of the software. If we are finding identical errors in certain areas of the software, we will make sure that the fixes move into service packs.

We don’t have any facility as of now to intimate the users about the status of their error. But users can easily login to the system and check for the status of thier errors in Track Existing Support Request

How can i send Error Reports to Kingsfield IT?
For reporting a new Error to Kingsfield IT user has to click the link Report a new Support Request , user has to enter all the required details along with the Screenshot of the error.
How can i create a account on support site?
You can use the New User Option that is present on the homepage, you have to fill in few details along with a Secret Question and its corresponding Answer which will be used in case of forgetting the password. As soon as user submits the details, user will receive a Welcome mail from Kingsfield IT Support Site.
what can i do if i forgot my password?
You can use the option of Forgot Password that is present on the homepage, after entering valid Email Address and the Answer to your Secret Question you will receive a mail with their existing password.
What happens at Kingsfield IT when we receive your error report?
At Kingsfield IT, we want to work hard to address your software issues and to make repairs whenever we can. We look at all of the issues reported by users.
Kingsfield IT uses an automated system to log all error reports sent by users and to perform an initial analysis of the problem. We also track how many times each issue has been reported. Each issue is assigned to a specific development team who evaluate each issue and determine a course of action.
We identify all issues that we can fix and address them through bug repairs which are tested, validated, and installed for delivery in a service pack or the next major software release.
A significant proportion of bugs resulting from error Reports that you send to us can be fixed. And, we try to fix all reported issues. However on some occasions, we cannot get enough valid information from the report in order to understand the problem well enough to create a fix.
